The countdown to Bigg Boss Season 20 has officially begun, with the makers releasing the first teaser of the milestone edition. The promo marks the return of Salman Khan as host and teases a mystery that is expected to be at the centre of the new season.
The teaser begins with Salman Khan making a grand entry alongside a horse before delivering a cryptic dialogue inspired by his 1995 blockbuster Karan Arjun.
“Jo Karan Arjun mein hua tha, woh hoga ab Bigg Boss mein… Thathastu!” Salman says in the teaser.
The dialogue is accompanied by subtle visual hints, prompting viewers to speculate about the surprise planned for the landmark season. While the teaser does not reveal the contestant lineup or the nature of the twist, it is designed to spark curiosity among fans.
Speaking about the upcoming season, Salman Khan said every edition of Bigg Boss introduces fresh challenges and unexpected developments, but Season 20 will stand apart because of a mystery woven into its storyline.
“Every season of Bigg Boss brings a fresh game, new dynamics and unexpected twists. But this season, there’s a mystery at the heart of it that makes it unlike anything we’ve seen before,” he said in a statement.
He added that the teaser already contains the first clue and encouraged viewers to watch it carefully.
“The first hint is already out there, you just have to look at it twice. The teaser is just the beginning, and I can’t wait for audiences to start piecing the clues together when Bigg Boss Hindi Season 20 begins,” Salman said.
Bigg Boss Season 20 will premiere on September 6 and will stream on JioHotstar while also airing on Colors TV.
Salman Khan returns as host for the reality show’s landmark 20th season. The makers are yet to announce the list of contestants or reveal further details about the mystery hinted at in the first promotional teaser.
